Many people choose the holidays Greek Islands provide, the many beaches resorts on offer mean there are plenty of fine destination to pick from. The popular islands include Corfu, Rhodes and Crete throughout them there are plenty of great coastal resorts with golden sands and warm waters. In Rhodes you have the choice of Faliraki which has a great nightlife which is a reason why many people go, but located on the coast it has a very long stretch of beach where many spend their day soaking up the sun or getting involved with the water sports on offer. In Corfu the southern resorts have the sandier beaches and a popular place for tourists is Kavos, a place that also has affine nightlife.
